Great Escape --Information and Guidelines:
- You must be 54" Tall to operate the bumper cars on the Great Shot Court or the Go-Karts.
- Rides are not suitable to pregnant women, people with neck or back injuries, or people who cannot operate cars properly.
- No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
- There is a minimum $150 purchase price to entitle your party to a 1 1/2 hr room rental. We require a 50% deposit at time of booking payable by cash or credit card to reserve a room. Payment-in-full is required at the beginning of your party. The deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to your party date. You may reschedule up to two days before the event.
- All food and beverages must be purchased through Great Escape. You may provide a birthday cake. We will provide proper plates, napkins, plastic ware and cups as well as the cleanup and a host.
Regarding room rentals:
- We want your experience at the Great Escape to be an enjoyable one and to that end we have developed some guidelines for events scheduled in the party rooms.
- These guidelines enable us to create smooth transitions between events and help you to maximize your use of the party room for the time allotted to you.
- IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOUR PARTY ARRIVES PROMPTLY. Even a five-minute delay can have a snowball effect and cause major delays in the day's events.
- Your room rental is scheduled for the time allotted to you and your cooperation with the party host will help to keep your events on schedule.
- We want you to have an enjoyable experience during your party, but remember that it is a scheduled event and the next party depends on your scheduled exit from the room.
- Once you leave the party room, you are more then welcome to stay and participate in the many activities available at the Great Escape.
